Signed Horner Victorian oak Grandfather clock dated 1886. The carved oak case having an original finish and relief carved motifs with a slight egyptian influence. The face marked Elite”. Whittington and Westminster Chimes. Both the bonnet top and case having shaped beveled glass. Signed and dated in the brass rail within the hood. Original finish, chips to rear feet, very small chip to base of front foot. Westminster/Whittington dial missing. The arched dial above moon is taped in place. Clock has weights, pendulum, and works behind face, but unknown working condition. Clock has no tubes. There is a possibility that the case has been shortened.
