Has black pierced hands, silvered chapter ring w/ applied brass Arabic numerals, sub seconds dial, and chime/silent & Westminster/Whittington sub dials; moon phase dial w/ painted sea shore scene. Time and strike 9 tube movement. Tubes signed “The Herschede Hall Clock Co. – Cincinnati. O. – Crown Symphony Tubes”; dead beat escapement, brass pulleys, weights and pendulum bob. Oversized mahogany case w/ full length fluted columns, carved capitals and corbels; mullions laid over the door glass and beveled side glasses.
