An early 20th century Mahogany grandfather clock by Walter Durfee Providence, Rhode Island. Marked “Walter Durfee” on top edge of backplate twice. Eight day weight driven movement with 1/4 hour strike on 9 tubes, Brass dial with moon phase marked “J. J. Freeman & Co., Toledo”. Some wear and minor damage, one finial with repaired stem. NOW INCLUDES ORIGINAL PENDULUM AND FINIALS. 97″ high (103″ high with finials). ESTIMATE $2,000-4,000
