A Tiffany Figural Bronze & Marble Annular Clock in an urn mounted on a fluted marble column, Supported by The Three Graces in Dore Bronze, holding a gilted garland, and mounted on marble and Dore Bronze Base. The Urn is Highlighted with a Garland around the Urn handles.
Original Time & Strike movements are mounted inside the urn. Multi piece hour and minute dials have individual plaques attached to the rim of the wheel and mark the hours in Roman numerals and the minutes in Arabic numbers. The Clock is wound and adjusted from the top of the lid. The clock works are covered by the carved urn lid. Tiffany label on back of clock. Works signed Made in Paris 30″ t x 14 1/2″ l x 11″ w Ca. 1890.
The Three Graces, the daughters of Zeus, represented Charm, Beauty and Joy. The marble base is carved with Puti in moving clouds.
