Rare Automatic Figure Performing Skeleton Clock: with a New Haven time with half hour gong striking movement. The fancy dial is 5 1/2″ wide. The paper describes the skeleton as performing 4 times a minute. The case is wood painted white with gilt metal ornaments. Date 1856 is carved inside of back door.

(The case and ornaments have wear and dirty look. No glass over the dial, which is also worn and darkened.)
