Rare example of an ornate 2 piece mid-18th century Meissen figural mantel clock. Hallmarks include the crossed swords mark and KPM large scrolled R. The marks indicate mid 18th century origin. The clock is an eight day, key wound and set, with chimes. The clockworks are of French origin. Measures: 17″ Tall X 7″ Wide X 7″ Deep. Condition: Overall cosmetics are good, but there are issues, as you will see in all Meissen pieces of this vintage. The head on the central female figure has been repaired. There are some missing leaves and some chips on the small flowers.
