French Chronos & Amour Figural Mantle Clock. “Love & time”; large boat with swan’s heads, amour at the stern, sitting at the bow is the large figure of Chronos (Father Time) with his staff and hour glass, on a marble basewith bronze mounts and lion’s paw feet. Two tone gilt bronze and brown patina brings this scene to life. 3″ enameled dial with black roman hour numerals and open moon hands. Vincenti & Co 1855 round French Brass time and strike movement, striking on a single coiled gong. In good working condition. 22″H x 21″ x 6″
