A MEISSEN FLOWER ENCRUSTED FIGURAL MANTLE CLOCK, CIRCA 1865, in the Neo-Rococo style with circular bronze dial centering Arabic chapters within a conforming case and incorporated stand encrusted with enameled blossoms flanked by palm fans above parcel gilt “C” scrolls with provincial maidens and a youth on a shaped oval base of stylized rocaille, surmounted by a seated girl holding a floral garland. Underglaze blue crossed swords marks, incised 572, impressed 62. Height: 16 3/4″
