A FRENCH FIGURAL SPELTER, MARBLE CLOCK by Marti Bros., Paris. The gilt accented spelter cherub (after the bronze by Moreau), with dragon fly on his arm, having a floral painted porcelain dial with time and bell strike movement. Height 21 in. Movement marked Marti and dated 1889. Provenance: from the Robert Hughes Estate.
