DESCRIPTION: French gilded figural clock with dome, scrolled base surmounted with lady with urn at well, porcelain dial, wind and strike, back opening marked “V98″, includes key and pendulum. Dome having oval wood base with line and floral inlay. Four feet, oval glass dome. 19th C French. MEASURMENTS: Base 14-1/2″ x 6-1/2″ x 3-1/4″. Dome 16-1/2”. CONDITION: Clock not tested, missing back cover, minor rubs and light wear, light flaking to dial at keyholes. Dome base with light wear, minor losses to veneer upper right side, some lifting to line inlay at upper left side. Dome with 3-1/2″ curved loss with corresponding cracks, edge chips/nicks.
