The matching porcelain side panels have a French nobleman with a spear on the right and a woman on the left, door has a black amethyst set in the handle. French gilt brass time and strike 8 day movement, strikes on a single coiled gong; movement marked A.1. in an oval. 12 in. high x 7 in. x 6 in.
