French Crystal Regulator w/4 Columns: it has a time with half hour gong striking movement marked A-1 in an oval and numbered 600. The 4″ dial is marked Theodore B. Starr-New York and Made in France. The bronze case with blackened surface has 4 beveled glass plates and applied floral decoration.
