1. Description：

c.1891, Waterbury “Clifton” 8-day T/S, walnut in excellent condition. Note slight variations between 1881 catalog when door had two little burled panels above dial and 1891 when it has a simple carved section. note also that the later version is identical to New Haven “Clinton” model. Finish has been lightly rubbed. original paperweight glass center in pendulum bob; original tablet, dial & hands. Clean & running and with original Waterbury key; ht 20″

Waterbury “Clifton” walnut parlor clock. This clock has a good clean finish but note that it has a chip at the very top and the glass has a crack. The painted dial has just a small amount of flaking. It has two good labels and the original Jacot regulator pendulum. The hands have been replaced. 8 day with hourly strike on a gong plus an alarm on a bell. It is running. 20″ tall.
