C.1869 American Clock Co., “No. 5 Tucker Bronzeâ€, 8-day time/strike mantel clock. Condition: Bronzed iron case in good condition with wear to the protective finish. Case houses an S. E. Root, Bristol, Conn., movement that is not original, but works well and fits the dial. Hands are not original. Bottom glass door works well, but is not original to this case, as it would have had a sold metal door to match the case design. Ht 17.25″ [43.8 cm]
