French Quarter-Repeating Carriage Clock, with floral decorated porcelain dial and engine-turned mask, Louis XV Doucine case with four beveled glasses, top glass revealing the silvered platform escapement, and eight-day brass movement with strike, alarm and quarter-hour repeat on command, marked France and numbered 6605 on rear plate, in the original leather carrying case, ht. 6 1/2 in.
