French Hour-Repeating Carriage Clock on Stand, circa 1880, with elaborately chased fire-gilt brass and beveled glass rococco case, two-inch dia. enameled dial with Roman and lower alarm dial with Arabic numerals with finely chased dial mat, moon hands, eight-day time, strike and alarm movement with hour repeat on command and alarm train, separate frame with caryatid corners and feet, ht. with handle extended 8 in.

Condition: Case gilding, dial and all glass are excellent. Movement in running condition, possibly needs cleaning.
