French Ebonized Ripple Front Carriage Clock. Carved wood carriage clock case with rippled borders, beveled glass on 3 sides and the top with a hinged brass handle and 4 spherical brass feet. 2.5 in. enameled dial with black Roman numerals, black open club hands, dial signed H. Marc Paris. Lever platform escapement exposed through the top, helical spring, balance is good; movement signed Henry Marc – Paris, in excellent condition, strikes on a single coiled gong.
