Walnut case, eight day, time and strike, two informative labels on the reverse that detail the Morse-Benjamin Patent originally issued to Benjamin Franklin of Chicago who improved a perpetual mechanism designed to slide over the hand shaft of a conventional open spring movement. Through an opening in the dial is a calendar read-out that details the current month. Measures 22.5 x 16 x 5 inches
