Chauncey & Goodrich mahogany calendar clock, 19th c., with reverse painting of City Spring, Baltimore, 26” h., 15 1/2” w. Provenance: The Estate of Anne Brossman Sweigart, Ephrata, PA.

Condition report

The reverse painting is so perfect as to be doubtful that is original though there is some discoloration at base. Face is marked J. K. Beem, Pat. Jan 7, 1833, Canton, PA. We do not guarantee working condition in clocks or watches.
