A mahogany regulator-style Banjo clock signed Aaron Willard on the dial and on the brass pendulum tie-down over the lower tin baffle. A very fresh original clock, dial in excellent original condition, great glasses, one original hand, tin weight baffle may be a late replacement, replaced case bottom, original intact case otherwise with apparently its original finial. Movement in very good condition with center bolt and no extra holes in the back board, minute hand has hash mark as was customary with A. Willard clocks. No weight present, will wind and run, possible re-gilding to the pendulum shaft. Measures 29 inches without the finial, approximately 9 inches diameter at top and 11 inches wide across the bottom box. The pendulum rod is painted wood and looks to be retouched with some later gold paint.
Two more movement images are available.

Condition report

As noted, plus the splitting of the wood top bezel as seen in photos including one small slice missing. Untouched and ready for expert wood restoration.
