“S.Willard’s” weight driven Banjo Clock. Made ca. 1810. The mahogany case is decorated with fine satinwood inlay & the finish is early. (possibly original) The eglomise tablets in the base door and waist are original and in very good condition w/minor paint flaking. The upper door glass seems to be original as is the painted iron clock face. There is minor paint loss at the e fastener points on the face as well as minor scratches. The movement, bezel, finial and decorative waist supports are all brass. The lower tablet possibly repainted or touched-up. 33 1/4″h to top of finial. (23 3/4″ without finial). 10″w at base x 3 3/8″d at base. Iron deal measures 7 3/4″diam
