Patent Timepiece or “Banjo Clock”, with mahogany case, brass bezel over the painted iron dial signed Aaron Willard, Jr. Boston, gilded frames enclosing reverse-painted glasses, the lower depicting a rural harvest scene, eight-day, weight-powered time-only movement with pendulum, (lacking finial and restoration), ht. 36 in.
