Mahogany Patent Timepiece or “Banjo” Clock, attributed to Horace Tifft, Attleboro, Massachusetts, with brass finial and bezel, painted iron dial, brass side ornaments beveled frames with reverse-painted glasses, the lower with eagle and shield and inscribed S. Willard’s Patent all housing an eight-day brass weight-driven movement with original weight and pendulum, (re-painted glass), ht. 34 in.
