Steele”, face marked “Bailey, Banks & Biddle”, with key and pendulum, 20th century, 44 x 10-1/4 in. Excellent condition, minor losses to gilt elements. Provenance: The Estate of the Late William M. Pomeroy, Pottstown, Pennsylvania.
