BANJO CLOCK SIGNED TABER.
Federal clock with a dial labeled “E. Taber, Roxbury” for Elnathan Taber (1786-1854, Roxbury , Massachusetts). Mahogany with a brass eagle finial and reverse painted panels. Bottom panel with a castle scene is repaired and brass side arms are missing. Dial has touch up. 33″h. Ex Alice Hurtle Collection.
