The gilded eagle finial above a convex glass with brass bezel, above a trapezoidal eglomise panel decorated with an eagle over a retangular eglomise panel centering a naval battle between the Constitution and the Gurriere with a reserve with gold lettering ‘Hull’. Impressed ‘WWCo. 163’ on reverse of eagle – 21 1/4 x 5 1/2 in.
