maker unknown, having a painted face, brass movement with weights, brass face surround, gilt acanthus molding to sides of waist in a lyre form, gilt molding to bottom door, a gilt eagle finial, and a gilt bracket bottom. Reverse painted glass panels to waist and bottom door, both damaged. 40 1/2″ high, 12″ wide, 4 1/4″ deep. Damage to case. Provenance: Estate of artist Hartwell Priest.
