Very rare striking banjo clock with mahogany case enhanced with reverse-painted tables depicting maritime scenes, dial signed on reverse, “A. Chandler”, made by Abiel Chandler of Concord, NH, circa 1830, 33 1/2″t., 10″w., 4″d. Condition: replaced throat glass, other retouched, broken minute hand, denting to finial.
